随着信息技术的迅猛发展和数字健康技术的广泛应用,老年人由于认知能力下降、技术接受度低以及操作熟练度不足等,在使用数字健康技术时容易出现数字健康技术焦虑。本文系统梳理了数字健康技术焦虑的概念及老年人数字健康技术焦虑的国内外研究现状、评估工具,分析影响老年人数字健康技术焦虑的多种因素,并总结了缓解数字健康技术焦虑的干预策略。
Abstract:With the rapid development of information technology and the wide application of digital health technology, the elderly are prone to digital health technology anxiety when using digital health technology due to their declining cognitive ability, low acceptance of technology and insufficient proficiency in operation. This article systematically reviews the concept of digital health technology anxiety, the current research status and assessment tools of digital health technology anxiety among the elderly at home and abroad. To analyze multiple factors influencing digital health technology anxiety among the elderly, and summarize the intervention strategies for alleviating digital health technology anxiety.
